I know that fall is all about neutrals, but sometimes you crave a fun pop of color and this sweater is the answer. It is slowly becoming a favorite in my closet. It is reversible, so basically it is two sweaters in one, and I love that this side is a but more subdued while the other side is pretty bold. I wore it last week with my favorite flared jeans and booties to make it a bit more polished for a meeting with a client – I also plan to layer it with an edgy blazer and skinnies.

Shopbop is having their Friends & Family sale, where most of these items can be found! 25% off when you use code INTHEFAMILY25. You can shop a few of my favorites below!

  1. I seem to be saying this a lot lately, but this is one of my favorite looks of yours to date! I love each piece separately and together, even more. It looks way better on you than the model.

  2. Hi Liz! Love your blog and check it every morning. I’m on a tight budget this season, so I was hoping you could do a GOAB post with the must-have budget pieces you would buy to hit the trends of the season if you could only buy a few items to mix and match and re-mix your wardrobe. This skirt is great, and I think it would absolutely make the list. It’s socapable of getting a lot of wear all fall/winter, but still completely on trend because of the leather. Thanks!

  3. Didn’t you get that Milly sweater from Nordstrom c/o? It’s a little offputting that you are now using affiliate links to source it to shopbop. Why not just link it back to Nordstrom? I feel like that woukd be the most honest thing to do, for both your sponsors and readers.

    1. You’re totally right! I hoped it would help people find a deal on the sweater if they liked it {since Shopbop has 25% off}, but Nordstrom deserves the credit. Either way it has been changed! Thanks for your comment!
